Deposit of one night's lodging is required within 7 days of making a reservation. We will send out confirmation upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation refunds will be made if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to arrival date, however there will be a $20.00 service charge per room. If cancellation occurs last minute but we can rent the room, the above policy also applies. However, if this does not happen, we must regretfully withhold the deposit.
